This participant child care needs assessment tool was designed to help Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI) grantees identify the best strategies for addressing individual child care needs of participants served through SWFI grants. The worksheet also provides a guide for developing goals to improve system navigation services that will result in sustainable changes in the community or region during or after the SWFI grant.
