Rural IMPACT—Two Cases

The Rural IMPACT demonstration was designed to provide federal support for community-driven efforts working to create systems change to improve the way families with low incomes are served at the local level. The case studies in this document examine the efforts and impact of Family Futures Downeast (FFD), located in Washington County, Maine, and the Alleghany County Human Resources Development Commission in Maryland, as they work to improve family outcomes in their respective communities.
